Editor's Pick

Wow after only one day of the pictures being posted I received an editor's pick for SSG Smith's reenlistment photo and have been fetured in their newsletter at http://today.textamerica.com/.
If you have not had a chance to look go to www.sgtsatterlee.textamerica.com. I will try to get pix of everyone individually and as a platoon as soon as I can. Feel free to comment on the textamerica site.

Great pictures, Jeremy. Thanks for taking the time to post them as seeing you and the other soldiers in the environment there helps to satisfy our curiosity. You are looking really handsome!

The Iowa environment is blooming, weather has been wonderful.

Love you, Becky

The weather is so cold today. It hit a high of 54 and now it's dropping fast, wind is picking up and it's raining off and on. Last week we hit 80 twice and now tonight it suppose to be a high of 32. What a difference.

Bob and I went to garage sales and he bought be a 13 speed for 20 dollars. So as soon as the weather gets warer I am going to start riding.

I have been walking 6 miles each morning. I am feeling really energized during the day but getting up at 4:30 in the a.m. every morning makes me ready for bed by 8:00.

Tomorrow I sleep in becuase the weather is so yucky and the gym doesn't open until 8 on Saturdays. YIPPY!

Then I am off to dads to work at TOW all day. Dad continues to work really hard and often is the only one bringing videos in on a weekly basis. We would be sunk without him! He is SOOOO good at what he does!!!

I sent a small package today. Hopefully it will be there in a timely manner this time. I found a few more things that I forgot to put in so I will ship them next week sometime.

I have been thinking about you alot lately. Hoping that you will get a leave of absense soon. Just want to see you live and in color. Missing your e-mails and phone conversations that we had while still at home. Just missing you in general. Constantly wondering how you are, never knowing for sure.

Look forward to more pictures and more updates as you have time. Would love to know how things are -what your experiences have been like. What you do on a daily basis....you know all those things that we take for granted here in the states.

Hugs and High Fives
Your big little sis
