On Oct 1 all troops here will only be allowed to call home using ATT phone cards. Previously Segovia services were used but their contract runs out on the 1st. Hope all is well in your neck of the woods. I had an awesome time at the marathon on sunday even though I managed to fracture part of my right foot and I am in a boot now. The pain is gone thank god! I am chugging calcium to help it heal faster. I have been hobbling around pretty well.
My next marathon will be in Green Bay Wisconsin if all goes well. It's May 21st. Just think you will be home by then:) I thought about doing the St Louis one but I have a friend who lives up there and wants to do one but not alone. I will have to see if Kansas has any marathons:) Renee and I could do one together - that would be a lot of fun!!!!
Everyone is doing well here. Time goes by so fast day to day. I can't believe it's almost October already!
The leaves are starting to blow off the trees already and you can feel the crisp cool air starting to flow in. I dread winter - yet I live in Iowa.....
