More Pictures

I have been updating my site over at Textamerica more than I have been updating this one. I have several more pictures on my other site and have been picked as Editor's Pick twice in two days.
Most of the week we have had highs in the low 90's and high 80's. It almost feels like home would feel right now. But unfortunately we are not home.
Please keep in your prayers our four soldiers that were injured in an IED blast a few weeks ago. We have two back with us and the other two are recovering. Spirits are up, home is getting closer everyday.

Let it Rain

Two nights ago we had a rain storm. It did not rain for long but it rained hard. It was so strange seeing lightning and hearing thunder. I actually thought it was a dream until I stepped out of my room the next morning and was greeted by a large amount of water rolling of the roof. The days are getting cooler. I do miss not seeing leaves turning colors but there is always next year and I will enjoy it twice as much.
